King's Police Medal WW1 group to Lieutenant POW East Lancashire Regiment

Court mounted medal group to E F G Chapman of the East Lancashire Regiment. Consists of George VI King's Police Medal for distinguished service engraved E. INDIAN POLICE, 1914-15 Star 2 LIEUT.

CHAPMAN, 1935 Silver Jubilee Medal and 1937 Coronation Medal (both unnamed as issued). Chapman was held at Pforzheim Officers Prisoner of War Camp during WW1. The fronts of the medals have been lacquered at some point leaving a few small bubble marks. The medals are generally in good condition but the ribbons are faded and worn.
