Lot of two M1912 tunics names to the same Marine. There is a laundry tag in the winter service tunic dated 4/29/19 from the Navy Yard, Mare Island. Tag states he was a Corporal with Service Detachment, Marine Barracks, Mare Island. The summer service tunic is stamped in red ink with his name, G E Samel. The winter service tunic has his initials and name hand written above the Quartermaster Department U S Marine Corps stamp.
Stamp size says S-2 so they are small tunics. Nice row of 5 Horstmann buttons down the front of the summer tunic. Nice pair named to the same Marine.
