WW1 Trench Watch Everlite, Nickle Silver Case
Circa 1916 or so WW1 trench type watch. At the dawn of men wearing wristwatches, the war was where it all started. This 34MM timepiece is marked Everlite, made by the Langford watch company in Switzerland. With 14MM strap size, special strap as it has permanent swivel lugs. Says it was serviced 09/14 started right up when wound. Re luminous on hands, no hairlines on military looking dial. Case back is marked Illinois watch case company, nickel, Elgin USA.
