WWI M1889 German Prussian Infantry Officers Degen Sword

WWI Model 1889 German Prussian Infantry Officers Sword. The steel guard (rusty) and grip are tight. The grip is 99% complete.

The twisted wire is complete. The finger loop is complete but dry.

The double fullered blade is unsharpened, has a few nicks, has age spots scattered throughout, and the last 1/16 of the tip is bent. Length of the blade measures 30 3/4" (13/16" wide x 1/4" thick spine), and overall length of the sword is 36 5/8". Check out my other War items!! Including More Swords and Many Bayonets!
