Vintage Original Purple Heart WW1 War Medal with Documentation, Ribbons, Box

This is a WW1 Purple Heart engraved on the back Walter M. Rosh with a letter from the War Department dated September 16, 1932 , the Purple Heart ribbon and a two star campaign ribbon, all in the original box stating the medal is No. 16711 and the original box it was mailed in. It was given to my father from a friend.

My father is a Vet. The friend was a daughter of a doctor who passed away. She found this in his effects and doesn't know how he got it. Knowing my father is a Vet she thought he might be able to get it to the recipients family.

Unfortunately, after much research, my father was not able to find any living relatives.
