This similar plaque was installed on a monument dedicated to the 17 men who lost their lives in service to their country from Knox College in Galesburg, IL. On June 9, 1919, two bronze plaques were dedicated to the men of Knox College. I believe one is mounted there today and this is the 2nd one!

No one else has it available nor for sale anywhere else. Originally, at the bottom of the plaque is a quotation from Shakespeare, He lives in fame that died in virtue's cause. It also lists the 17 men's names underneath the plaque. This is only for the bronze plaque.

It is very heavy and is included in the original case it came in. It is maybe 40lbs but can double check exact weight. The service flag of Knox in WWI was given by the Rebecca Park Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The flag has three numbers, 660 means number in service, 27 in YMCA work and 8 in the Red Cross, all from Knox College.
