WWI Camouflage German Helmet, Buckle, Dog Tag, Canteen, Capture Lot. AWESOME

Featured is an original WWI camouflage German Helmet, canteen, dog tags, belt buckle and several other items all captured by a U. Helmet has a nice three color camo scheme with black borders. I assume the Iron cross painting on the front was done post war, probably during the occupation, wear and patina match the rest of the helmet. Helmet has liner ring and rivets, the thick paint is covering the size mark.

No dents or cracks in shell. Also included is a small hand written note; Insignia from Ragnvalds Uniform & some things he got from the German prisoner he guarded.

Hand carved wooden pipe bowl, what appears to be part of a finger off of a stone statue, brass German belt buckle, two spike helmet cockades, a large needle with string attached, what appears to be a small part from a machine gun, two battle damaged bullet shells, A German canteen that has been occupation period painted, has cork cap, no cover, U. Soldiers shoulder patch which I haven't been able to identify, and a Germans dog tag which is named to Fritz Moser, Stolzenau Sackstra , I ERS BATL J. 73, I ERS KOMP 4889.

I attempt to describe everything thoroughly, but I can't describe every minute imperfection. If an item is military related chances are it won't be "clean".
