WWI French Army Trench Binoculars 8X24 Decigrads S. This is a very nice set of 1916 French 8 x 24 trench binoculars, made in Puteaux by the Société de Recherches et de Perfectionnements Industriels (Society of Industrial Research and Development or SRPI). MG means Ministère de la Guerre (Ministry of War).

29456 Both sides of the Binoculars have clear optics, with one of the two eye cups present and the focus diopters moving freely. The range reticle in the right side is clear.

The eye width adjustment is functional. As Photographed with, one small broken piece to the base as shown, wear and age as seen (please see photos for condition).
