WWI WIA 89th Division Grouping Uniform Helmet Dog Tags Hardtack Gas Mask Army

For sale is a grouping from a WWI 89th Division 353rd Infantry Regiment soldier. He was wounded during the battle of Meuse Argonne offensive.

The relative told me that he was wounded by a German gas attack. The photo of him as well as the discharge paper are not included. The relative kindly let me take photos of them on the wall inside their house. You get what you see in the grouping photos.

There is a nice German scarf/flag that the relative said was taken from a German POW in France. I found a nice piece of hardtack or hard bread in the front right pocket of the jacket.

The helmet has his name written on the inside brim. I did not take the gas mask out of the bag. It appears to have not been removed in 100 years.
