Antique Original WW1 US Army Overcoat mule blanket with Undershirt As Is

Antique Original WW1 US Army Overcoat "mule blanket" with Undershirt As Is. These two pieces came to us from a small museum called the'Packwood House Museum', there are labels sewn onto the inside of the pieces with this name printed on them and an item number. The overcoat is made of a very thick tan / green wool and is partially lined in a brown cotton canvas. The buttons are a dark brass with'R. Newark NJ' on the back of each.

There are two buttons missing from the front of the overcoat. The undershirt is also made of a green / tan wool.

These pieces are in good antique condition. There is very little staining and no holes to note, the stitching has become fragile over the years.
