British WW1 (George V) Infantry Officer's Sword - Engraved - Maker: Hawksworth (Item# A0018). Here we have an original British WW1 (King George V) Infantry Officer's Sword with Scabbard. Has a belt frog attached for horseback mounted carry. Beautifully engraved blade on both sides.

Ironically, the blade still displays a Victorian Crown but has the correct GRV Cipher, so this is likely a very early George V sword, probably around 1910. Maker is Hawksworth of Sheffield. The Blade, Hilt, Rayskin Grips are all in Excellent condition. Scabbard is lightly Scuffed (normal use) and comes with its attached straps. Slight bend at the tip, but hardly noticeable.
