Dated And Named Wwi Us Army 78th Division Gas Mask Bag Rare British Bag!

This listing is for a RARE British WWI gas mask bag that is Named and dated to a 78th Division soldier during WWI. The bag is nicely marked on the side flap and is size 3 marked on the outside as well. The lightning division (78th Div) is painted on the outside of the case along with the initials of the Vet. The bag has a date written on the outside as shown in the pics. This is a great gas mask bag (NO MASK), and is very hard to find.

The bag is in very good condition with no tears in the canvas material. The leather tab on the side of the bag has torn away many years ago, and only the bottom portion is left sewn to the bag. That aside, this bag displays nicely and since it is a British bag with US Division markings on it, it is a rare piece!
