German Austrian Combat Helmet M16 with Mailing Label Home WW1

This is a good example of an Austrian Combat Helmet, Model 16 which dates from the World War I Era. It wears green olive paint which is scuffed and has one pronounced ding on the back topside. The canvas chinstrap remains, although missing its buckle and the liner is now long gone.
