German Imperial Württemberg Train Battalion Sword Saber WW1

This is an example of a German Imperial Württemberg Train Battalion Sword Saber that dates from the World War 1 Era. The slightly curved blade measures 33 1/8 inches in length by 1 1/8 inches at the widest. The blade although is lightly stained with light flaking does remain in healthy condition with beautiful etching still present on either side which includes the Regimental marking 2.
