German Matching WWI M-1871 PFM Sawback Bayonet Rare Original

Overall Bayonet is in very nice, original as found condition. Both guard and scabbard have matching regimental markings 3. Blade is marked ALEX COPPEL SOLINGEN and CROWN over W 88. Blade remains in excellent shape and has a very ever so slight period edge with some light scuffing. Bayonet and scabbard have proof marks throughout.

Brass mounted leather scabbard is in nice shape and has shrunk only about 2mm. Stitching is slightly loose in a few spots. Overall a great example of a very rare 1888 dated German Bayonet. Item is guaranteed 100% original.
