17 German Steel Helmet Post Back WW1. Size 66, single step hugs to the side. The lining band is intact with remnants of liner. Part of chin strap and swivels remain. 2 intact stamps and 1 incomplete stamp present and post back post card with what appears to be a London address but very faint.

There is a 1916 date plus army acceptance and censor marks as well as the date 27th August 18. The condition is as found in a Lewisham reclamation yard.
