Made by Marquis from M1917 Officers Field Saddle Pattern WWI Military Cavalry

It is my understanding that this company later became Hermes. The saddle has the pommel sockets for the M1917 pommel bags. The saddle has surface cracks, some scratches and rubs to be expected of a saddle this age. It is also missing a billet strap.
