Original 1903 Springfield Bayonet & Scabbard WW1 / WW2 1920 Dated. SA. M1 Garand

This is an original 1920 dated Rifle bayonet. The bayonet was made for the model 1903 Springfield rifle, but also works on the M1 garand.

The blade is about 16 inches long to the hilt. The blade has some minor rust on both sides, but this is small speckling wear. One side is stamped US 1146610. The reverse side is stamped SA with a flaming bomb, and a 1920 date stamp. The wood handle is original and in excellent condition.

The scabbard is in great shape with minor use wear, but no major issues. The front metal is stamped "USN" and there is some speckling rust throughout this metal piece. Overall length is 21.5 inches. The item "Original 1903 Springfield Bayonet & Scabbard WW1 / WW2 1920 Dated.
