Original German WWI WW1 Camo Combat Helmet. ET64. Handwriting On Inside

I believe this to be a German World War 1 combat helmet based on my research. Can't tell you much more other than the fact it's definitely old, engraved ET64 on the inside, and there does appear to be something handwritten on the inside (please look at the pictures).

2 parts of the lining have come off and the third part will likely fall off just as easily. Has some surface rust below wear the liner would be but it's very very light. The item "Original German WWI WW1 Camo Combat Helmet.
