German antique company Antikmarkt Münsterland since 25 years. Highest German imperial WW I medal for honor call it Blue Max/ Pour le Merite Pour le Merite oak leaves in old show glases of jeweler This medal come from a old german jeweler family.

The pour le merite (Blue Max) is in real good condition. All looks antique and very nice.

I made good photos in this discription for better information about condition. Historial information: The general Erwin Rommel carry the pour le merite until his died year 1944. He was a great German general in WW II. Erwin Rommel got the pour le merite in WW I for honor. Pour le Merite and show case was for the store of jeweler in year 1930. In my opinion medal and show case pre made of year 1930 of German jeweler. The front side looks very nice and back are all okay. The ribbon is old too and will be come including the medal in a sure box. If you have question please let me know.
