CANTEEN LID IS THE LATER VERSION DOME TYPE WITH FLUTED RIDGES WITH THE PINNED LUG ATTACHMENT FOR THE CHAIN. THERE IS NO DATE OR MFG ON THE CANTEEN FOR PRIOR TO 1918 THEY WERE NOT DATED OR HAD ANY MFG MARKS ON THEM. CANTEEN AND LID IS MADE OF ALUMINUM CHAIN IS SILVER. CAP DOES HAVE THE CORK. CANTEEN IS IN VERY GOOS CONDITION WITH SOME DINGS AND DENTS.
