PRE WWI US MODEL 1913 PATTON CAVALRY SWORD-SPRINGFIELD ARMORY 1913
Good condition and guaranteed original pre WWI US Army Model 1913 Patton cavalry sword that is marked "SA" on the left side of blade ricasso for production by Springfield Armory and dated 1913 with the flaming bomb proof. Right side is marked US with serial number. 35 ΒΌ blade has original right finish with dark gray areas and some pitting. Remaining metal finish is brown and gray.
Hard rubber grips have a good tight fit and show some wear. Fitted in correct original canvas covered wooden scabbard that has steel throat and drag.
