Rare Antique 1918 WW1 US Army medical rumper sack Back Pack Medical Bag read

Antique 1918 WW1 US military medical Bag. Is a drawstring canvas rumpersack. I have not washed this item for I do not want to do it any harm.

Some of the spots i would say could possibly wash out, if not all the way mist definitely ligten up some. Has soldiers inatials written in ink right about the closer flap. Has a small hole on the front side. I have included a close up of it with the measurements in photos. This is an antique, preowned and precarried.

May have old smell or carry scent from attic inwhich it has been kept. Over all super cool in decent condition for its age. Rare and hard to come by.
