Rare antique original World War 1 Medical War Manual good condition

This is a rare World War 1 Medical War Manual from 1918 for the United States Army. It's really in good shape for being close to 100 years old. There are a few pages with a turn down but not many and what looks like a water stain on the pages doesn't really show inside the book just on that outside shot. Not a lot of pictures but several calculations for different tests etc.

If you should need additional pictures let me know. This manual is 5 3/4 " long and 4" width it's about a little less than an inch deep. There is some wear on the cover but still in great shape overall. The binding appears to be in good shape.
