Scarce Original WW1 US Military M1892 Holster-RIA 1914-Unit Marked. Offered is an original United States military holster made for use with the Colt Model 1892 to 1903. This brown leather US marked holster was made by Rock Island Arsenal in 1914, as seen by the faint remaining stamping on the back of the flap.

It is unit marked 14 over L over 33 over 20 on the front flap. This scarce holster has a rather expertly and deftly done period repair, as seen in the pictures, which remains nicely intact. Overall, this is a very interesting original, scarce and most certainly World War One combat used US holster.
