The Official History of the War Naval Operations - WW1 - Vol 1 - 3 Text & Maps. These books are Original First Editions from 1920, Printed in London by Longmans, Green and Company. The Author of these books, a very well-respected naval historian Sir Julian Corbett was commissioned by the committee of Imperial Defense to produce an official history of Naval Operations during the Great War and was given the unprecedented access to official records to achieve this.

Volume One is the first of 5 volumes, it is accompanied by a separate map case with 18 maps giving detailed movements of the vessels of the allies and the belligerents, allowing the reader to follow actions in unprecedented detail. Volume 2 is a book with text and maps. Volume 3 is a boxed map case with 46 maps. All maps have been inventoried and are present. Books are in Good Conditions for its Age.

The book's have obvious wear. They may have some damage to the cover, but its integrity is intact. The binding may be slightly damaged, but its integrity is still intact. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins.
