Three WWI US MODEL 1913 PATTON CAVALRY SABERS Swords

Here for your consideration are Three U. Model 1913 PATTON Cavalry Sabers. Each is complete with its Scabbard and leather harness, including the Wrist Straps. The leather harness and wrist straps are new and extremely high quality. Each Saber is ready to mount onto a McClellan saddle. One Saber was made by Springfield Armory in 1914. The other two Sabers were made by LF&C in 1918.

These Sabers have sharp, chisel like tips that were designed to be able to penetrate body armor and chain maile when used like a lance from horseback. This model sword was designed by then 2nd Lt. There is only one short crack in the handle of one of the Sabers.

Theres no other damage on any of the Sabers. There is a small bit of salt and pepper pitting on two of the blades. The other blade appears perfect. All three Sabers are in Wonderful shape overall.

If nobody wants these, I recon Ill just keep em. Maybe use them for Tomato stakes out in the garden. Ill pay for the packaging materials.
