Vintage 1914 WW1 solid silver military trench watch. Rare Centre seconds model
A rare collectable Vintage 1914 WW1 solid silver officers swiss made trench watch in good clean lightly used original condition and good working order.. The case is signed by Charles Nicolet who worked with IWC during this period.. I have been unable to identify the movement.
The original fixed wire lug case has London import hallmarks for 1914 and is signed by maker C. There is a small ripple to the back door of the case but otherwise the case is in good clean lightly used condition with strong lugs and hinges.. Original winder and clean clear lens. The watch comes on a leather strap in good clean used condition. Original white enamel military style dial with red no. 12 and original blue steel hands with gold sweep hand.. The dial is in very good clean original condition with no cracks. May benefitt from a service.
