Vintage Original WWI U. S Army Helmet 3rd Army Collectible Helmet

S Army Helmet 3rd Army Collectible Helmet. It appears to have a 3 on the front, but the Mark is very faded and faint. It also has a lettering on the side in light black.

It also may have a larger mark on the top/side. It is well used with nicks and exterior paint loss, some light rust. The lining is largely intact, but worn and aged, in fair condition. The helmet has the original chin strap, but it has come loose at the brad and is torn on the other end. Please inspect the photos closely for best condition details.
