This is a Waltham Vintage WWI Trench Watch. Movement serial number is 18,546,676 Case is a Keystone J Boss 10K Gold Filled. The band is cloth and looks from the period??

Cosmetics-The case is dented up and bent on the hinge area. So the back does not snap closed and sits open about an 1/8 inch.

Good overall otherwise with surface wear and the front plastic is yellowed some. See lots of photos of what you are getting.

It will not turn at all clockwise to wind. If you turn the stem counter clock wise it seems to start to unscrew. The movement looks pretty clean overall. The main spring though looks broken. So this one is a project.
