World War 1 Uniform Jacket

AMAZING World War I Military Jacket Issued in 1917. Such a rare piece made from thick, army green wool and lined with a silky material. Military buttons are inscribed with U.

And a clasp closure is on the top around the neck. The jacket has a tag with its issue date on the bottom hem and is signed by the soldier on the back collar. Overall the jacket is in great shape considering it's over 100 years old but there are moth holes on the back and some in the lining.

The top seams of the shoulders are also starting to tear.
