There is a 3 inch binder of research included with the group and there is a lot of Information on him available on the web. He was buried in Arlington National Cemetery. I like to call him Army Air Force Officer number one! He was assigned the job to start the Air Service from the Signal Corps. He was one of the very first Military Aviators.
The wings are included they are early reproductions. All the medals are his except the DSM which is an early French made piece, his original was #2141 location unknown.
