Ww1 British Army Helmet. Complete 100% Original Excellent Condition

A very nice WW1 British Army helmet with its original coat of factory sand-textured paint which is all present & in great condition, please study photos. The shell is in very good condition with no dents. The underside brim is stamped with F. S 135, the stamping is for T.

Firth & Sons Ltd of Sheffield, (the steel suppliers). The numbers refer to the batch of metal used. The sized 6 3/4 liner is in extremely good condition with a tiny bit of mothing (next to top rivet).

It still retains a little bit of its original (fragile) paper instruction label at the crown. It is the very early pattern liner with no rubber'doughnut' under the felt. The standard'Brodie' ink stamping is on the inside of the lining. The leather chinstrap is in very good condition with no repairs.
