Ww1 British Army Helmet. Complete With Label 100% Original Excellent Condition

A superb WW1 British Army helmet with its original coat of factory sand-textured paint which is all present & in great condition, please study photos. The shell is in very good condition with no dents. The underside brim is stamped with F. S 26, the stamping is for T. Firth & Sons Ltd of Sheffield, (the steel suppliers).

The numbers refer to the batch of metal used. The nicely sized 7 liner is in extremely good condition with no mothing. It still retains most of its original (fragile) paper instruction label at the crown which is very seldom found these-days. It is the very early pattern liner with no rubber'doughnut' under the felt.

The standard'Brodie' ink stamping is on the inside of the lining (a little faded). The leather chinstrap is in very good condition with no repairs. They do not come much better than this. A, Canada & most of rest of planet.....
