WW1 British Mk1 Brodie helmet. Complete

Genuine WW1 British manufactured Mk1 Brodie steel helmet. This has a nice clear red ink Brodie stamp on the inner face of the lining. It is also clearly maker stamped on the inner rim H/S with the batch number 101. This particular example has the additional rubber ring under the wool crown lining, so it was made after June 1917. It has all its buckles, straps, split pins. Retains at least 95% of its original khaki paint finish. The original owner has also handwritten his name and I think his unit on the underside of the rim but I cant quite make it out.

It shows signs of service use, with minor scuffs and dents and some slight loss of some of the wool crown, but overall in very good condition. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
