The belt is marked on the blackened brass belt adjuster Patented Mills Jan. 2 1917 then stamped inside the adjuster its stamped in ink July 1918 Miills. The belt is neat but the contents are like looking at a Time Capsule filled with items that saved lives and carried by very brave men. I do not think there is a Combat Marine who does not think US Navy Pharmacists walk on water.
