WW1 Farnell teddy bear c1914

Archibald is a really interesting old character ted made by Farnell c1914 measuring approx. 15 with around 40% of his mohair remaining original painted back glass eyes along with nose stitching (what's left of it) his webbed paws are original with wear, please see pics. I have left him just as he came to me one foot pad has been recovered at some point the other is original with some writing on it that I cannot quite make out what it says looks a bit like a Steiff signature?
