Adolphe Célestin Pégoud aviation hero. (13 June 1889 - 31 August 1915) he was a French aviator and flight instructor who became the first fighter ace in history during World War I.

Approx 5 1/2 x 3 1/2. This German posted postcard from 1913 shows Adolohene completing a Pegoud loop, world's "first" loop. Check out my other WW1 postcards.
