WW1 Italian M1916 Helmet Shell Adrian Lippmann Italy
WW1 made m16 Italian Lippmann helmet. These were made in WW1 by Italy and differ from the French made models. These are of a two piece welded construction rather than the French 3 piece riveted Adrian helmets. The helmet is in the correct WW1 configuration with no post war added rivets or badge holes that are present on most that are available. It is however repainted in the post war sea green. All the anchor points for attaching the liner are present. Interior of shell does have rust but should clean up easily.
