WW1 Pattern 1908 Complete Webbing Set ANZAC Gallipoli AIF

A complete set of Pattern 1908 webbing. A good match all round with the waist belt the only component showing light blanco.

Under normal lighting this is not as green as the studio photos suggest. All components are in good condition for their age. Some components have been inscribed with names. Waist Belt: size M marked M.

Co 1918 (possibly 1919) Support Straps: marked but unreadable Cartridge Carrier (L): marked M. Co 1916 but very feint. Cartridge Carrier (R): marked M.

Co date unreadable Water Bottle Carrier: marked M. 1916 Water Bottle: Original Mark VI cobalt-blue enamelled water bottle with khaki cover. Stopper cord attached / sewn into cover. No eye loop on bottle for cord.

Correct "tin can" type top and base. Entrenching Tool Carrier: marked M. This ET carrier is NOS which was converted during WW2 then converted back since. Co 1916 (possibly 1918) Helve: I believe this is an excellent reproduction helve carrier. Small Pack: makers mark unreadable but can see 1916 Large Pack: marked M.

All in all a very nice period correct P08 set. Sourcing this set-up in Australia is time consuming and expensive which is reflected in my asking price. As per photos it looks great on display.
