This group of 6 items makes a nice addition to your militaria collection. I do not think any of this is fake, but I can't be certain. This points relatively north, but the glass is aged and not clear to see through. Next is the WW1 Victory medal with two clasps: Meuse-Argonne and Defensive sector. It's in great shape. I just don't know. Next is the K&E slide rule, 1899/1903 patent date and leather case. The officer's name was written on the case at one time, but it has mostly faded off. The garrison cap is a US OD wool garrison/overseas cap with a gold 2nd Lt bar. However, it does NOT have officer's piping. It's in really good condition. Size marked illegibly, but no maker's mark. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through. Next is his mirror kit. A common item, still bright and shiny. Finally is the Bronze star medal - not WW1 era.

So the price is much less than what I paid a long time ago, and I think it is a good deal.
