Absolutely amazing Set of World War I Certificates for Private Milton A. McAuley, HeadQuarters Company, 363rd Infantry Regiment, 91st Division. Trooper McAuley, a son of Oakland, California, was Killed in Action, October 14th, 1918. This lot includes McAuley's pre-Purple Heart, Presidential "Killed in Action" Award Document and his accompanying Award from France with his name, rank and Regiment.

Rare and honorable to find these together. Private McAuley is buried in the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery, France and it my honor to offer these together. We thank him for his Service and Sacrifice.

Both Documents are unframed with some condition issues. There is edgewear, some stains, and a tear at the bottom of the French Award Document. They need to be framed and both will look great.

Rare to find one of these for the famous 91st " Wild West" Division.
