WWI Era Imperial German Army Water Bottle Canteen withCup Dated 1917 Original

Original WWI Era Imperial German Army Water Bottle or Canteen w/Cup - Dated 1917 - Nice Condition. This canteen has the wool covering and the leather harness. The wool covering has some minor surface mothing, but no rips or tears.

The canteen has the original stopper. The leather harness is still flexible with some surface cracking. It is missing the last couple inches of the end of the strap. The cusp is the blue-gray enameled version.

There are a few holes in the cup. The bottom of the cup is maker marked and dated 1917. Very difficult to find a complete canteen set from this period. The canteen is used, please see photo's for condition. Check out my other items.
