WWI German M1916 Helmet withLiner, Strap

For sale is an M1916 German helmet with liner and chin strap, 100% original and in very good condition. The shell has been lightly wax to inhibit rust and the liner has been treated with Blackrock Leather Conditioner -- absolutely the best antique leather treatment.

All of the liner tongues are complete but curled so they are not visible in the liner photo (see close-up of tongues). All pads are in the liner pockets and the chinstrap and paint are original.

I can see no stamped markings, unless it was a light strike covered over with factory paint. The helmet is 100 percent original to WWI. The size is a 64. Please review the photos as part of the description and ask questions if needed. The photos vary in the color green of the paint, but photos 1 and 6 show the actual color the best.
