WWI Gouvy 1906 marked Entrenching Tool Withcanvas Sleeve. Possibly French

Up for sale is a original World War I Gouvy 1906. Marked entrenching tool w/canvas sheath/sleeve.

You can see the maker Mark in the third picture. I cannot make out the word at the bottom of the Mark.

I believe this is French, but I'm not 100% sure of that. Some minor surface damage on the shovel blade.
