WWI ORIGINAL German Imperial Tunic Bavarian Infantry regt. #7

A fantastic WWI or Pre-war Bavarian Infantry tunic. This is a tunic is nice and clean and in great shape! Blue wool body has Red collar which is the standup style that has three hooks and gold buttons on outside.

Tunic has all its original buttons in smooth Copper/Gold color the lower front button is there, not seen in the pic, it looks like a replacement. Cuffs are also in a red, with three buttons which is vertical to each and white piped. Both shoulderboards are Red topped for Bavarian Infantry regt. #7 in Yellow chainstich to each.

Liner is all Black and is VERY NICE IN CONDITION with cotton material. Inside is an inner belt and buckle. The front of the tunic is well padded for a better look. The back of the tunic has red piped flaps and six copper smooth topped buttons.

Then shoulders are also well padded. See the pictures for a few damaged areas, light, some mothing to the lower front, but minor, and some on the sleeve but more of nips then holes. A nice clean tunic, remember this tunic is well over 100 years old!
