This sale is for a group of World War I letters that includes correspondence from Frank Duncan from Hillsboro, Illinois who enlisted on December 5, 1917. Duncan was initially sent to Fort Thomas, Kentucky. There are over 20 letters that were sent to his mother, Gertrude, a billet card from the USS Leviathon, a photograph of Duncan, a telegram and some envelopes from the US and Europe.
