WWI Red Cross original poster

"At the Service of Mankind" is an original vintage (1917) WWI Red Cross poster illustrated by Lawrence Wilbur. Printed by Edwards & Deutsch Litho.

In Chicago, it promoted the Red Cross' first membership drive (hence the text "Annual Roll Call"). The period frame and glass are in excellent condition. Only the paper protecting the backing is torn. Note period nails affixing backing to the frame. Size appx 21" x 25".
