This is a vintage old military belt holster. It is used, see photo's for Condition.

The leather is still soft and flexible. All the stiching is tight and not fraying. Some minor surface cracks on the flap and the body.

It still has the internal leather block. The leather has darkened somewhat with age, but still reatains that rich russet brown color. It has a faintly marked US oval logo on the flap and it is marked: Perkins Cambell 1917 on the rear.

Inspectors initals on the rear. The markings on the rear are clear and readable.

Hard to find these early holsters in this condition. This is an Excellent example of a WWI holster. This would make a welcomed addition to any WWI AEF Collection.
