WWI US MODEL 1913 PATTON CAVALRY SWORD-L. F. &C. 1918-ORIGINAL
Very good condition and guaranteed original WWI US Army Model 1913 Patton cavalry sword. On the right side of the blade for Landers Frary & Clark and dated 1918. Left side of blade is marked U. With an eagle head proof mark. 35 ΒΌ blade has original bright finish with some scattered brown and gray. Edge has a few nicks and dings. Checkered black plastic grips have a good tight fit and no damage.
Fitted in correct original canvas covered scabbard that has steel throat and tip. Canvas has nice green paint, possibly repainted. Steel fittings have been nicely refinished.
